Launchly Labs provides business-building services including DIY courses, done-for-you business launches, and monthly marketing services. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in your individual service agreement.
Course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. Done-for-you services are eligible for a refund as described in your service agreement. Monthly marketing services can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.
For done-for-you services, we guarantee delivery within 14 days of receiving all required information from you. If we fail to meet this timeline, we will continue working at no additional cost until complete.
All assets we create for you — including websites, branding, and content — are transferred to your ownership upon full payment. Course materials remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for personal use.
While we share client success stories and statistics, we cannot guarantee specific business results. Your success depends on many factors including your effort, market conditions, and execution.
Launchly Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
